YRC — Yas Rise Community

About Yas Rise

WE'RE IN IT FOR THE JOURNEY.
NOT JUST THE FINISH.

YRC — Yas Rise Community — is a running and endurance community built on one belief: the journey matters as much as the finish line. This is who we are, why we exist and what keeps us moving.

Our story

It started the way most good runs do — with a few people and a reason to show up.

Yas Rise began with a handful of runners who kept meeting at the same early hour, on the same streets, chasing nothing more than the feeling of moving together. There was no program and no plan — just the quiet understanding that running alone is a habit, but running together is a life.

As the group grew, so did the ambition. Weekly runs turned into structured training, training turned into race entries, and race entries turned into journeys across borders. What never changed was the reason: people go further — and grow faster — when they go together.

Today YRC is an ecosystem built around endurance sports: community runs, training programs, camps and international races. Strip it all away and the core is the same as that first morning — show up, run together, grow together.

We lived the journey

We didn’t read about this life.
We ran our way into it.

Every one of us started somewhere. We’ve been the first-timer nervous at the start line. The runner coming back after a long break. The one who swore marathons weren’t for them — right up until one was.

That’s why nobody here performs expertise from a podium. YRC works because it’s built by people who are still on the journey — still training, still learning, still chasing the next start line. When we say every pace, we mean it. Every one of us has been every pace.

“We’re not ahead of you on the road. We’re beside you on it.”

Yas Rise philosophy

What we believe

Four ideas sit underneath everything YRC does — every run, every program, every trip. They aren’t slogans. They’re how decisions get made.

The journey is the point

Finish lines are moments. The months of mornings, the people and the places are the story. We build for the story.

Together beats alone

Motivation fades; community doesn't. Everything we create is designed to be shared.

Growth over performance

Pace is a detail. Progress — physical, mental, personal — is the measure that matters.

Adventure is a mindset

New streets, new trails, new countries. Endurance is our excuse to keep exploring.

Our values

How we move

Values are easy to write on a wall. These six are the ones the community actually runs on — every week, at every pace.

Show up

Consistency beats intensity. The hardest step is the one out the door — we make it easier to take.

Every pace counts

First 5K or fiftieth marathon — nobody here is too slow, too new or too late to belong.

Keep it human

We're a community first and a training plan second. People before personal bests.

Grow together

We share what we learn, celebrate each other's wins and pull each other through the hard weeks.

Explore further

From city streets to start lines abroad, we keep finding new places worth running toward.

Finish together

Nobody gets left behind — on the course or off it. The run ends when everyone is home.

Without borders

One community. Many start lines.

YRC was never meant to stop at the edge of a city. The same spirit that meets for a weekly run travels — to international marathons, trail races and camps in places we’ve never run before.

Borders divide maps, not communities. Wherever there’s a road worth running and people worth running it with, that’s where YRC goes.

International races

Start lines in cities we've never run before.

Training camps abroad

Shared effort in places worth remembering.

One community

Different streets, different languages — same people beside you.

The coaches

The people behind the pace.

Structure doesn’t come from an app — it comes from people who’ve run the miles themselves. Meet the coaches who turn showing up into getting better.
